Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Provide information on lighting products, styles, finishes, and functionality
• Build product knowledge to up sell and recommend complementary items
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns with care and efficiency
• Support occasional in-store promotions or marketing efforts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor

Job Requirements:

• HS School Diploma or GED
• Experience in customer service or sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS tools
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
