ResourceMFG is Now Hiring a Maintenance Technician in Ogden

Pay $24 Per Hour

Shift 10am-6:30pm 

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to support our production team by keeping equipment operating efficiently and facilities running smoothly. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values teamwork.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine equipment inspections, lubrication, and diagnostics

• Execute preventative maintenance plans and respond to urgent repair needs

• Maintain boiler operations and oversee key facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)

• Install, program, and repair mechanical and electronic production equipment

• Collaborate with outside contractors and production teams on repairs and upgrades

• Maintain critical inventory of parts and supplies, and procure replacements as needed

• Keep maintenance areas organized and compliant with GMP/ISO standards

• Assist with facility remodeling and production handling when required

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting

• Familiarity with PLCs, welding (preferably stainless steel), HVAC, and industrial electrical systems

• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot using electronic test equipment

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and boiler certification (preferred)

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset

• Willingness to be on-call during production hours
