At Resource MFG we are looking for a Facilities Maintenance 

Pay rate up to $25per hour depending on experience

Work Schedule: 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Requirements: 

• Comply with OSHA and other local, state and federal regulations
• The ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
• Must be able to Bilingual Spanish/English
• Good Work Attitude and Team Player.

Duties include:

• Experience with hand and power tools Changing lights and/or fixtures Plumbing repairs, replacements, installation Minor repair of electrical devices Facilities safety inspections Grounds and security maintenance Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe, working order Adhere to all safety requirements and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment Respond to emergency situations to ensure employee and facility safety Comply with OSHA and other local, state and federal regulations Adhere to organization and facilities department policies and procedures Build relationships and demonstrate a high level of cooperation Furniture assembly and relocation The ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds Bilingual Spanish/English
