Pay: $16.50 per hour

Job Description:
ResourceMFG is seeking reliable and hard-working Warehouse Associates to join our team in the Fort Wayne area. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading employer in the logistics and manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• • Check for damages and verifies data on customer order including entry number and number of books while packing order
  • Determine the proper packing method for various size orders to arrange books in the most compact manner onto corrugated cardboard boxes, t-boards, or flats according to allowable weights for method of shipping
  • Push completed orders onto conveyor to continue through shrink wrap machinery

• Qualifications

  • 6 months continuous work experience
  • Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift
  • Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 50lbs during the assigned shift – 10lbs or less continuously and 11-20lbs frequently, and up to 50lbs occasionally
  • Ability to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 20lbs force during the assigned shift – 10lbs or less frequently and 11-20lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift
  • Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift
  • Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends
  • Exposure to wide range of temperatures
