?? Key Responsibilities:

• Start up and shut down production equipment safely and efficiently

• Assist in the assembly area with product processing

• Feed or place items onto equipment for operation

• Monitor and ensure product quality meets all specifications

• Remove damaged or malfunctioning parts from the line

• Mark and label parts accurately for identification

• Read and interpret gauges to monitor production performance

• Prepare completed products for shipment and packaging

• Maintain a consistent pace to meet daily production goals

• Follow directions from managers and line leads

• Collaborate with coworkers in a tight, fast-paced assembly area

• Lift and move boxes of finished goods as needed (weights may vary)

? Qualifications:

• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a small team environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Physically able to lift boxes and stand for extended periods

  Candidate must pose a strong work ethic, able to complete a 40-hour work week, exploit safety awareness, and the ability to learn the assembling of components.
