Job: Line Lead

Shift: 5:00pm – 4:00am M-F With weekends if needed

Pay: $17.25/per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the production line to ensure targets are met in terms of output, quality, and safety.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to production workers to maintain morale and productivity.

• Ensure products meet established quality specifications and immediately address any deviations or defects.

• Promote and enforce adherence to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Train new hires on equipment operation, safety protocols, and production processes; provide coaching and feedback to existing staff.

• Ensure availability of materials and components; communicate with logistics or warehouse teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.

• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team in a fast-paced production environment.

• Clear verbal and written communication for effective team coordination and reporting.

• Capable of identifying problems, analyzing root causes, and implementing timely solutions.

• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines.

• Attention to Detail: Focused on quality control and adherence to standards.
