Job Opening: Production Support

Now Hiring for Production Support Associate

Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Payrate: $18.00

Receiving & Inventory:

• Unload, count, and check incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Label and organize garments in the production area.
• Update inventory systems and communicate shortages or damages.

Garment Preparation:

• Inspect garments for defects prior to decoration.
• Pre-treat garments for DTG printing.
• Use heat press machines for press garments for printing.

Production Support:

• Assist in loading and unloading garments for various decoration methods.
• Ensure quality control at different production stages.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Shipping & Fulfillment:

• Sort, fold, and package completed orders according to company standards.
• Print and apply shipping labels.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a production or warehouse environment (preferred, not required).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/move for most of the day.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Willingness to learn and take on various tasks as needed.
