At Resource MFG we are looking for a Customer Service

Pay rate up to $17per hour

Work Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Requirements: 

• Candidate would have 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
• Must be a problem solver, organized, and have excellent time management skills
• Experience in Manage 2000 ERP is a plus.
• Good Work Attitude and Team Player.

Duties include:

Customer Service Associate Job Duties: • Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes. • Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer. • Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts. • Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications. • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities as they are made available. • Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner. • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns effectively while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and provide product information. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management team. • Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer service management system. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. • Meet performance goals and quality standards for customer interactions. • Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
