Job Opening: Solderer Operator

ResourceMFG is hiring a Solder/Operator for a manufacturing company.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, like to be challenged, and value the opportunity to make a difference.

• Full Time – Monday to Friday
• 1st Shift: 6:30am to 3:00pm – $16/ hour
• 2nd Shift:
• Paid Holidays
• Weekly Pay
• Medical Benefits Available

Soldering experience is  necessary, however, must show longevity during previous employment.

Operator 1/Solder Duties:

• Prepare and assemble product.
• Soldering Wires to components.
• Operate equipment. 
• Inspect, packing ,and tuning products. 
• Ensure quality of final product.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
• Contribute and adhere to safety and quality. 

• Must be able to read and follow written specifications and procedures.
• Operate various equipment simultaneously.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination to handle small parts.
• Use of Microscope
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Must be computer literate, detail oriented, a self-starter, and reliable.
• J Standard Certified required.
