Skilled Machine Operator

Lots of overtime!

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays as needed

• Compensation: $15-$17 per hour (based on experience)

• Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mills or Hydromat machines to produce quality components.

• Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance and efficiency.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow safety protocols and troubleshoot machinery when necessary.

• Be available for mandatory overtime, including some Saturdays.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating Mills or Hydromat machines preferred.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines.

• Reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled shifts.
