General Labor – Rust Repair Shop (Brighton)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $16.00/hour to start

Hours: 40 hours per week

We’re hiring a dependable General Laborer to join our rust repair and prevention team in Brighton. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who doesn’t mind getting a little dirty while doing high-impact, detail-oriented work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in rust proofing and sandblasting of vehicles and equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Handle and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs

• Follow shop safety protocols and work procedures

• Support team members as needed with daily shop tasks

Requirements

• Physically able to lift and carry 50 lbs consistently

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Punctual, hard-working, and self-motivated

• Non-smoking/vaping policy strictly enforced on premises

• Previous shop or labor experience a plus but not required
