Job Opening: Compounder

Local food manufacturing company that is one of the most creative companies in flavor development and innovation is looking for compounders. The Compounder position is performance to hire.

Compounder duties:

• Pull raw materials for compounding and return unused material to its correct location. Also, ensure that tools, tanks, and pumps are cleaned properly to eliminate cross contamination.

• Responsible for weighing/checking/mixing specific compounds for formulations, following all company SOPs and other duties as required.

• Loads into automatic equipment and makes necessary adjustments to ensure proper mix of ingredients.

• Monitors the production flow including product receiver temperatures to ensure finished product meets production standards.

• Use small hand tools to disassemble pumps, receivers, mixers, and other equipment, will clean according to set procedures, and reassembles prior to mixing a new batch of product.

Hours: 6:00am – 2:30 pm with OT and weekends

Pay: $19 can vary on experience
