Job Opening: Inventory & Operations Support

ResourceMFG has an exciting opportunity for Inventory located in the Tampa  Area!

Experience is required

1st shift starting pay $15.50-$16.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Support inventory accuracy through regular counts, labeling, and stock organization
• Assist in warehouse operations such as: 
• Cable cutting based on work orders 
• Pulling parts for production kits and assemblies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas
• Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly operational goals

Growth Opportunity:

This is a hands-on role with room to grow into long-term operational responsibilities within the warehouse team.

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require standing or walking for long periods
• Eagerness to learn and support multiple warehouse functions
• Previous warehouse, inventory management experience required
