Job Opening: Production

ResourceMFG is now hiring in Middlefield OH for a Production Associate! 

1st shift- 8 am- 4 pm

2nd shift- 4:00 pm – 12:00 am 

3rd shift- 12:00 am – 8:00 am

$16+ an hour! 

– Review work order for job specification – Load machine hopper manually or automatically (Depending on machine) – Ensure plastic is extruding and cooling to parameters of work order – Monitor machine for proper function – Inform supervisor if machine is not operating as expected – Visually inspect all products to ensure they have no defects (Cracks, tears, bubbles, blisters, contamination, etc.) – Take final products from machine and place into boxes – Place labels onto boxes with proper product count & job order specifications – Build boxes for finished products – Sweep and maintain a clean environment – Requirements: o Desire to learn more o Drive to grow with the company o Strong attendance o 6m+ of industry related experience o Strong communication skills o Reliable transportation
