We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician for a local manufacturing company that makes construction materials. 

Job Responsibilities: 

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and emergency repairs and maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work, by identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and completing necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality and safety standards with facility and buildings. 

This position requires previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting. 

 Job Requirements: 

• Must have at least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting
• Must have good work history
• Must be able to operate and repair forklift and facility and any other repairs or troubleshooting 
• Must be flexible with schedule
• Must be able to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to provide a updated resume 
• Must be a team player and work well with a team as well as minimal supervision 
• Pay depends on experience
