ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position is responsible for planning and executing a schedule based on customer requirements that ensures on-time delivery of the product. Job responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Create work orders in the ERP System • Coordinate and implement planning and scheduling of work based on customer schedules. • Monitor progress of WIP and key metrics related to WIP. • Arrange for delivery of parts to meet production schedules. • Complete status reports, such as production progress, customer requirement status, delivery information. • Communicate with and represent the organization to customers and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail. • Confer with both internal and external customers to coordinate processing and shipping, and to resolve complaints. • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information. • Performs all other job-related duties as assigned.

Arrange for timely delivery of parts to meet production schedules.

Complete status reports, including production progress, customer requirement updates, and delivery details.

Communicate with and represent the organization to customers and external contacts through in-person meetings, emails, and phone calls.

Collaborate with internal and external customers to coordinate processing and shipping, as well as resolve complaints.

Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records and information.

Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Experience in production planning, scheduling, or related fields.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools.

Previous experience coordinating with customers and internal teams.
