• 2nd Shift: 2:45pm-11:45pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:45pm-7:15am Pay: $21.00/hr

Job Summary

As a Production Technician, you will operate manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality products while maintaining safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in physically demanding roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery

• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products

• Monitor quality and identify product defects

• Accurately complete daily production records

• Work independently and follow safety standards

• Operate in hot and noisy environments

• Preferred: 1 year of manufacturing experience

• Preferred: 2 years of consistent employment history

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 130 lbs in group setting and standing for extended periods

• Standing for long period

• Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred

• Able to lift up to 75+ lbs occasionally, from ground to overhead (up to 5 ft)

• Comfortable with standing for long periods and climbing stairs

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision

• Flexibility to work 8- or 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed
