- Keep inventory updated and track orders.

- Control plant waste and monitor office supply levels.
- Get approval for purchase orders when needed.
- Negotiate prices for production machinery and office equipment leases.
- Keep receipts and records for purchases.
- Handle other tasks assigned by management.
Purchasing Coordinator Requirements:
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to compare prices and manage purchases efficiently.
- Familiarity with machine parts and office equipment.
- Basic computer and math skills for record-keeping.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma with one year of experience in accounting, purchasing, or a related field.
