Job Opening: Machine Operator

ResourceMFG is now hiring Machine Operators for a Cabinet Building business in Rittman OH!

Shift: 1st 6:30am-5:30pm Monday- Friday

Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00 based on experience

Essentials Duties:

• Build, assemble, and install custom cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, and other projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure and cut materials accurately using various tools and machines.
• Ensure quality control of finished products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members.
• Perform repairs and adjustments to existing cabinets as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cabinet builder or similar woodworking trade.
• Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, finishes, and hardware.
• Ability to work with a variety of materials, including wood, MDF, plywood, and laminate.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools (saws, drills, sanders, etc.).
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications.
