Job Opening: Quality Technicians-Multiple shifts

ResourceMFG NOW Hiring CMM Operators and Gage Lab Technician

3rd shift openings, including weekend shift

*Must be able to train on first shift, and on week days

CMM Operator 

3rd shift Sunday night – Thursday night 10:30pm-7:00am

Weekend shift Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings 6:30pm-7:00am

This position requires hands on experience in CNC and conventional machining operations such as milling, drilling, boring, tapping, broaching, etc. Knowledge and experience in computer controlled operations. Operation of CMM’s, require the knowledge and use of programming languages such as SPECTRUM and PC-DMIS

Gage lab technician 3rd shift

3rd shift Sunday night – Thursday night 10:30pm-7:00am

This position requires hand-on experience with gage checking, repair and certification. CNC machining background, ability to interpret part features to gage readings and gage readings to gage features.

Quality Assurance technician 

1st shift Monday to Friday 6AM-230PM

1. Read engineering drawings, other work and specification documents and understand what they are reading.
2. Work from a laptop with ease moving thru the file system and Microsoft Office 365 on all platforms most importantly including Access, Outlook, and Word
3. Communicate in Teams and business emails NOT phone text slang.
4. Use a digital camera and take clear photos, upload and edit photos
5. Use hand tools, (drills , hammers, screwdrivers, etc.)
6. Count and understand numbers without mixing up order – Accuracy is paramount.
7. Work with chemicals and microscopic testing.
8. Use a hoist to help lift heavy parts and be safety minded when rigging the parts to lift them.  Since they must use the engineering drawing to get the correct lifting device, it is imperative that they know how to read prints to avoid severe injury or possibility of fatality.

Job Requirements:

• Resume, required 
• at least year experience in CMM
• at least year experience in CNC
• Knowledge and experience in computer controlled operations. Operation of CMM’s, require the knowledge and use of programming languages such as SPECTRUM and PC-DMIS
