Location: Glenshaw, PA| Full-Time 

Are you a skilled TIG Welder with a passion for precision and quality? We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team! If you’re ready to work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment where craftsmanship matters, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Create high-quality TIG welds based on blueprints and weld symbols

• Perform inspections to ensure welds meet accuracy and quality standards

• Prepare components for welding by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, and cutting steel/aluminum parts

• Change welding wire and gas tanks as needed

• Ensure proper setup, use, and maintenance of all welding equipment and safety devices

• Conduct first article and in-process inspections

• Accurately log time and work performed in the time and attendance system

• Collaborate across departments and assist with other tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience or formal training in TIG welding

• Must pass a TIG welding skills test

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job orders

• Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures

• Basic computer skills for data entry

• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to work overtime as required
