We are a staffing a dynamic graphic arts company specializing in innovative designs and high-quality production. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their team and contribute to our creative and efficient production process.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of graphic arts materials.

Set up machines for production cycles, including calibration and adjustments.

Ensure the smooth operation of equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Document production activities and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.

Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical stamina to stand, lift, and operate machinery for extended periods.
