MIG Welder

Location: Owosso, MI

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM

Compensation: $15 – $18 per hour, based on experience Employment Type: Contract-to-hire (Evaluations conducted during temporary period)

 We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our account’s team in Owosso, MI. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of welding techniques. Candidates must pass an on-site weld test to demonstrate proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols

• Inspect welded structures to ensure quality and compliance with standards

• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and effectively

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior MIG welding experience required

• Ability to pass an on-site weld test-must have weld gear

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual work ethic

• Reliable Transportation to and from-no bus route
