Customer Service/Sales Associate

Schedule: Day Shift – 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Tuesday through Saturday) 30-40 hours per week
Compensation: $14 per hour (Evaluation shortly after training for potential pay increase)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Associate. This role involves assisting customers, processing sales, and supporting the overall store operations to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries.

Educate customers on car audio products and guide them toward suitable solutions.

Demonstrate product features to enhance customer understanding.

Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and product displays.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Stay informed about the store’s promotions and new products to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Sales experience is advantageous but not required.

Interest or knowledge in car audio equipment (training will be provided).

Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.

Reliability and attention to detail in daily tasks.
