General Labor – Assembly & Machine Operating

Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday–Friday)

Compensation: $16.65 per hour

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

 We are recruiting for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Brighton, MI, committed to producing quality products with efficiency and precision. We’re looking for dependable General Laborers who are ready to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and machine operating tasks according to production guidelines.

• Use hand tools and machinery to complete manufacturing processes.

• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure specifications are met.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Follow safety protocols and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation is preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Reliable transportation is required—this location does not have a bus route.
