Shift Details:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our account’s team as a 1st Shift General Laborer at their automation company in Clarkston, MI. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to innovative automation projects. You will be building products with wood and aluminum, custom to orders.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and build automation systems and components according to detailed specifications.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.

Conduct quality checks and tests on completed assemblies to ensure compliance with standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
