Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot food production machinery

• Ensure equipment is running efficiently and safely during production

• Maintain accurate production logs and complete daily reporting

• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on machines

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety standards

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food production or machine operation preferred

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed
