Process Technician

The job description for a hospital bed cleaning position includes the following responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness: Clean and sanitize patient beds to for next use accordance with health regulations. 
  
• Equipment maintenance: Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any malfunctions.
• Inventory management: keep track of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors of shortages. 
  
• These duties are crucial for ensuring a safe and hygienic environment in healthcare facilities.
• Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery
• Load and unload medical equipment
• Process delivery and pick-up documentation as required
• Present highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Two(2) years’ experience within service or operations field
• Two(2) years’ experience in front-line customer-service
• Lifting up to 30 pounds; pushing and pulling objects up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work with solvents and cleaners to disinfect products in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
