Job Opening: Compounder

A local food manufacturing company, known for being one of the most creative leaders in flavor development and innovation, is currently hiring Compounders for a performance-to-hire position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull and return raw materials; maintain proper storage and labeling.

• Weigh, check, and mix ingredients per formulation guidelines and SOPs.

• Load ingredients into automated systems and adjust settings to ensure proper mixing.

• Monitor production flow and product temperatures to maintain quality standards.

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble pumps, mixers, and other production equipment to prevent cross-contamination.

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime & weekends as needed)
Pay: Starting at $24/hour (depending on experience

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.

• Experience with mixing, measuring, and using manufacturing equipment is preferred.

• Strong attention to cleanliness and accuracy.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
