What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor molding machines (injection, compression, or blow molding).

• Remove finished parts, inspect for defects, and trim or assemble as needed.

• Perform routine quality checks and keep detailed records.

• Keep your workspace clean and safe—safety first!

• Communicate issues to supervisors and assist with minor machine adjustments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a factory or molding environment is a plus, but not required.

• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.

• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

• Team player with good attention to detail.
