Monday -Friday

Operates tampo machine and other related decorating equipment.

— Trims, assembles and packs product to visual quality specifications and takes full responsibility of parts produced.

— Perform paint touch up with a paint brush

— Performs visual and certain preliminary inspection of finished products.

— Notifies team lead or manager when products are found to be non-standard.

— Maintains a clean and orderly work station.

— Observes all safety regulations and practices.

— Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager.

— Must be able to work at a line pace and be functional on all jobs.

— Performs hot stamping, hand masking heat staking, sonic welding, or other decorating operations as required.

— Ability to handle up to 20 pound parts.

— Must maintain accurate record of production and scrap counts.

— Decision making / judgment.

— Efficient – must perform the operation in the most efficient “non-wasteful” manner.

— Flexible – must be able to adapt to changing operations.

— Effective – must do the task at hand right the first time.

— Hand-to-eye coordination.

— Proficient with the tasks completing.
