Job Title: Assistant shop manager

Resourcemfg is seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant shop manager to join our team in Romeo, MI.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check parts during process and final inspection for defects
•  Using stylist to inspect
• Ensure machining tolerances are within specification
• Coordinate with machinist and quality manager to ensure if rework needs to be done

Requirements:

•  2 years in inspection (CMM/faro arm) or cnc machining checking parts for defects
•  Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
•  Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Punctuality and reliability; must come to work on time every day.
•  Basic English communication skills
