HR COORDINATOR
8am-5pm Monday- Friday
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in supporting both administrative functions and human resources operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Human Resources Support:
• Assist with recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding process.
• Assist with performance review.
• Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with employee relations matters.
• Assist with payroll and timekeeping reports.
• Help organize and coordinate HR-related events and initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and deadline awareness is a must.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandarin required
