Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software (recent grads considered!)
• Strong background in CNC machine programming and operation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specs
• Knowledge of G-code and machining principles
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)
• Preferred: Experience with multi-axis CNC machines and familiarity with lean manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and modify 2D/3D models using Mastercam and CAD software
• Program CNC machines using G-code for production efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturability
• Set up CNC machines and perform test runs to ensure precision
• Troubleshoot and optimize programs to reduce cycle times and enhance part quality
• Maintain organized project documentation and assist with machine maintenance and tooling
