Human Resource Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented HR Assistant for a short-term assignment supporting our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with filing paperwork, creating labels/folders, and maintaining organized records

Serve as the first point of contact for employees at the front desk

Support payroll by entering correction edits (no full processing required)

Ensure neatness, organization, and cleanliness in HR workspaces

Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Location: Panorama City
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Requirements:

Bilingual – English/Spanish (required)

Prior administrative or HR experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
