• Comply with plant safety standards and applicable laws/regulations.
• Report safety incidents or near misses to management immediately.
• Complete department-specific training led by the Department Lead.
• Inspect glass to ensure “finished goods” or “work in progress” meets quality specifications.
• Discard defective glass and report recurring quality issues to management.
• Monitor workstations, equipment, tools, and practices, reporting any issues to management.
• Operate plant scanners to ensure Work Order traceability.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis events as required.
