Job Title: CNC Machinist

Shifts:

• Day Shift:  6am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri), 6am – noon (occasionally Sat)
• Night Shift: 5pm – 6am (Mon-Thurs) 4 – 13 hour shifts

Location: Romeo, MI

Pay Rate: $20-$30 per hour

ResourmceMFG is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Romeo, MI The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years recent experience as a CNC Machinist
• Candidate will need to provide their own tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
