About the Role: 

We are seeking a customer-focused professional with basic automotive knowledge to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. While this role is not primarily sales-oriented, the individual will regularly engage with sales professionals and assist with essential office functions. 

Job Duties: 

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional assistance
• Work closely with sales professionals to support transactions and customer inquiries 
• Perform basic office tasks, including data entry, documentation, and organizational support
  

• Basic knowledge of vehicle functions and terminology (no prior expertise required)
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle administrative duties efficiently 
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
