Job Duties:
The HR Generalist serves as the primary contact for the warehouse, collaborating closely with our HR Business Partner for manufacturing/distribution. They oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, set up interviews with supervisor, employee relations, timecards, Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, assist in organizing employee appreciate/engagement events, Prepare and maintain employee records, reports, collaborate with safety personnel to ensure compliance and ensuring the smooth operation of HR activities.
- Minimum 4 years previous HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Leadership and teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
