Monday to Thursday (4/10 schedule)

Job Title: Manufacturing Paint Booth Painter

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Booth Painter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing various products in our paint booth, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Mix and apply paint, varnish, and other coatings using spray guns and other equipment.
• Operate and maintain paint booth equipment, including spray guns, compressors, and ventilation systems.
• Inspect finished products for quality and touch up any imperfections.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paint booth painter or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of paint mixing, application techniques, and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in industrial painting or related field.
• Familiarity with different types of coatings and finishes.
• Experience with automated painting systems.
