ResourceMFG is now hiring a Machine Operator for a full time role for a 12 hour NIGHT shift. We are looking for individuals with mechanical aptitude, a great work ethic, and who are eager to learn. Requires one year of manufacturing experience.

• Train on Day 12 hour shift $19.61/hour
• 9% differential for night shift
• Weekly Pay 
• N1 or N2 6:30pm to 6:30am
• Schedule: Sun. Mon. Tues. every other Wed. or Thurs. Fri. Sat. every other Wed.
• Paid Holidays 
• Full time 
• Benefits available (Medical, Dental, Vision)

Duties:

• Works in an environment with lead which requires PPE to be worn during entire shift: coveralls, steel toes, gloves, and respirator.
• Running Wire Saw Machines.
• Cleaning wafers.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Other duties as needed.

• One year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Above average mechanical skills.
• Requires attention to detail
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds.
• Must have pre-employment physical for respirator use, and Lead Safety Program.
• Requires wearing respirator for entire shift.
• Requires showering and changing after every shift.
• Requires participation in Lead Safety Program, blood draw every six months.
• Steel toe shoes.
