 Opportunity is Knocking! NOW HIRING Line Operators who can work work 1st and 3rd Shift

1st Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm

3rd Shift: 6:00pm-6:00am (2-2-3 schedule)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 

Pay: $17.65

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain wire drawing machines according to production schedules and quality standards, making minor adjustments as needed.
• Load rod coils onto drawing machine payoffs safely and efficiently.
• Operate machinery to produce finished wire products in accordance with specifications.
• Perform regular quality inspections throughout the shift to ensure product consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work orders, and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Overhead crane and forklift experience preferred but not mandatory.
