- Location – Randleman, NC
- Pay – $23 to $26 per hour based on experience
- Schedule Options
- Day Shift – Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 3:00pm
- Evening Shift – Monday through Thursday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm
- Full-time, temp to hire opportunity

Job Requirements
- Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding
- Ability to weld aluminum and steel materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
- Set up and adjust welding machines according to job specifications
- Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
- Grind, cut, and clean metal to prepare materials for welding
- Maintain welding equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow all safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
