Employbridge is in search of entry level production associates for our manufacturing facility in Kent, Wa.

Monday-Friday|5am-1:30pm|$20/hr

Production duties:

• Ensure that parts being produced meet customers quality requirements.
• Ensure that parts are being packaged according to work instructions.
• Ensure that all data is correctly entered.
• Operating machinery on a production line used to manufacture foam.
• Packaging foam.

Full-Time (8:00 AM–6:30 PM with Lunch Break)

Pay Range:
$18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:
Full-time, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM with some flexibility toward the end of the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently (valid certification preferred but not required)
• Issue and receive materials using ERP systems or manual logs
• Stage and transport materials to support production work orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a valid forklift certification
• Has experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Is detail-oriented and reliable
• Communicates effectively with production and logistics teams
