JOB DUTIES:
- Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, grinders, and related equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Machine parts to precise specifications using manual machining techniques.
- Inspect finished components using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other tools.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a safe, clean work area.
- Determine appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials.
- Work closely with engineering and production to meet deadlines and quality standards

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment. No prior assembly experience is required — we provide training for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, diagrams, or supervisor direction
- Perform basic hand tool use (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, etc.)
- Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety rules and report any hazards or issues
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Assist with material handling, machine loading, or general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No experience required — manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
