Now Hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator in McAllen,TX!

Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday- Friday

Pay: $17.00/hr.

Paid weekly

CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing tools: Sharpen basic tooling with medium complexity, replace carbide, repair broken tools, etc.
• Capable of using lathes, surface grinders, mills, and profile grinders.
• Adjust machine off-sets to achieve required tolerances.
• Performs routine machines maintenance.
• Follow and continually monitor established safety procedures to assure a clean and safe work environment is promoted and maintained at all time.
• Assigned work area, tools and gauges will be clean, and kept neat, safe and orderly at all times.

CNC Machine Operator Requirements:

• 4 + Years of applicable machining experience or combination of experience and machine trade school.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, routers and inspection directions.
• Knowledge of basic shop math
• Basic skills in using common hand tools and gauges and pneumatics.
• Physical ability to complete job duties which may include standing for long periods of time.
• Attention to detail and organization skills.

Pay: $12.00-$14.00/hr. Paid weekly

General Laborer Requirements:

• Assist in operating production machinery
• Feed raw material into machines and remove finished cardboard products.
• Monitor equipment for proper operation and report malfunctions immediately.
• Stack, bundle, and palletize finished boxes or cardboard sheets according to required specifications.
• Follow all plant safety procedures and wear required PPE (gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, steel-toe boots).
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.

General Laborer Requirements:

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Physical ability to complete job duties which may include standing for long periods of time.
• Working in a non-climate controlled environment
• Lifting objects with an established maximum weight
• Attention to detail and organization skills 
• Must have steel toe boots
