Job Responsibilities

• Performs basic shaping process steps on medium difficult parts. 
• Beveling – capable of fabricating polished, double, and off-angle asymmetric bevels
• Blocking – pitch button, Norland transfer, steep singles, cold blocking, contacting, and alignment
• Grinding – Steep radius, cylinder, tight wedge, continuous
• Polishing – spindle, CP, double side, CNC polish
• Slurry Maintenance - maintains and measures established Baume and PH levels
• Pour pitch lap, cuts, and grooves lap
• Advanced print reading skills – can read and comprehend all fabrication specs
• Measurement skills include - Basic Zygo, understanding of fringe pattern, microscope, stereoscope, surface quality inspection, fiber light
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Certified Solderer (Part-Time, 1st Shift)

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

We are seeking a Certified Solderer with IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification to perform precision soldering, assembly, inspection, and rework of electronic components and assemblies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hand soldering of SMT, through-hole, and wire/cable assemblies
• Read and follow assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform rework and repairs as needed
• Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• Current IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 Certification
• Minimum 2 years of electronics soldering experience
• Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Experience with RF, aerospace, or high-reliability electronics is a plus

Job Requirements:

Machine Operators

Pay $17.00 - $19.50/ hour (depends on shift) 

Shifts:

• Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm
• Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm
• Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am (3rd Shift -Must be able to train on 1st shift-2 weeks)
