Essential Functions Statement(s) • Process parts according to shop work order and applicable specifications and drawings • Read sketches • Cutting templates • Follow instructions from supervisor pertaining to specific instructions or tasks • Ensure integrity of incoming parts (damage, scratches, etc.) • Complete work order and all necessary paperwork according to job, drawings and specifications • Manage hazardous materials safely and in accordance with state and federal regulations • Perform other duties as required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position is responsible for planning and executing a schedule based on customer requirements that ensures on-time delivery of the product. Job responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Create work orders in the ERP System • Coordinate and implement planning and scheduling of work based on customer schedules. • Monitor progress of WIP and key metrics related to WIP. • Arrange for delivery of parts to meet production schedules. • Complete status reports, such as production progress, customer requirement status, delivery information. • Communicate with and represent the organization to customers and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail. • Confer with both internal and external customers to coordinate processing and shipping, and to resolve complaints. • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information. • Performs all other job-related duties as assigned.
