We are seeking a HR Generalist with experience in Merit Review and Compensation to support our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HR experience, strong project management skills, handling confidential data, and expertise in compensation analysis.
Responsibilities:

Job Duration & Schedule:

Full-time: Mid-January to April 6, 40 hours per week, start time 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM

Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Marketing Communications Specialist & Event Coordinator helps plan and execute the marketing communications initiatives that support and align to the strategic goals for all business segments of the company. This role works closely with the entire organization.
General Accountabilities:
• Coordinates all marketing activities
• Manages and coordinates the execution and logistics of all activities related to trade shows and customer events to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborates with company management to define the strategy and event requirements.
• Works closely with exhibit partners and internal teams to design booth structure and graphics and manage event logistics.
• Works closely with outside marketing service providers to manage inventories and provide best in class service to our company's management.
• Monitors schedules, production and distribution arrangements and other details to ensure timely completion and quality control of marketing activities and publications.
• Helps promote uniformity and consistency of brand across all of business divisions and related companies.
• Reconcile and track monthly marketing budget.
• Executes and analyzes marketing communications programs to ensure effectiveness.
• Writes and/or edits copy for company marketing communication, including social media.
• Coordinates advertising placement and schedules.
• Provides metrics to determine effectiveness and recommendations for improvement
• Assists with marketing research. Generates and coordinates use of marketing reports.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or at least 3 years of proven experience in a fast-paced communications or marketing-related position.
- Previous trade show/event experience required. A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.
Bilingual Mandarin/ English required. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience coordinating with cross-functional departments like Product Marketing, Procurement, Engineering and Sales Departments.
- Understanding of Graphic Design. Experience or knowledge of these tools is a plus: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite
- This role requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, attention to detail and project management skills.

Day Shift 7am-4pm
Job Responsibilities: The Material Handler primary job functions are to correctly retrieve and stage materials for flavor production and to assist with receiving duties as needed. This includes:
- Scanning required materials accurately to productions carts
- Ensuring that containers are refilled as necessary and that enough material is staged for the specific MO
- Timely and accurate put-away of raw materials returned from production
- Proper handling of allergens according to GMPs, HACCP, and Allergen Control programs
- Ensuring that all returned material containers returned from Manufacturing are clean and functioning correctly.
- Receiving all incoming goods via truck, messenger and UPS through a verification process to ensure proper product identity and lot numbers.
- Create and document an incoming log for every item received.
- Enter proper receiving information into the computer and ensure proper labeling of the product.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
- Will perform other duties as assigned, including loading and unloading trucks as necessary and performing inventory cycle counts. Reliable, predictable attendance is required. To ensure product safety and quality, Material Handlers are responsible for controlling physical contaminants, properly storing personal items, and reporting suspicious people or activities to their supervisor.
- Must also be clean-shaven, due to the requirement to occasionally wear a respirator.
