We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturer in Fountain Inn, SC to find a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a clean, team-focused production environment where you’ll help prepare critical components for the next phase of manufacturing.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely process and move green and fired ceramic chips through the production workflow

• Operate finishing equipment and complete visual inspections using measurement tools

• Perform weighing, counting, and quality checks

• Accurately fill out production documentation (process sheets, routers, scrap logs, etc.)

• Use production software systems (SAP, COSE) to enter and track data

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards)

• Follow written procedures and safety protocols closely

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet quality and output goals

What You Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (not required)

• Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and negative numbers

• Comfortable with simple computer tasks and data entry (Excel/Word familiarity is a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Ability to read and understand production reports and instructions

• Team-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in close quarters with others

Schedule: Full-time | 1st and 2nd shift available 

Pay: 16.70/hr *Merit increase after 90 days

• Strong communication skills (listening, following instructions, written documentation)

• Ability to work in close quarters and share equipment with others

• Team-oriented mindset and solid attention to detail

Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift 

Pay: $17.97/ hr with merit increase after 90 days
